If you love to build your own atomiser heads, you are exactly where you need to be to find the perfect wicking material. Organic cotton is the cost-effective choice and delivers impressive flavour. Its important to use unbleached, untreated cotton for wicking your coils as this keeps things safe while guaranteeing purer flavour. The TMB Notes range features exceptional organic cotton wicking from the COTN, Cotton Bacon, Cotton Gods, Fuzion, Fuzz and Vandy Vape collections plus more.

How to wick your coils

Take your cotton and form it into a sausage shape that is several inches long. Roll this between your fingers to compact the fibres. The wick needs to pass through your coil but to fit snugly. If your wicking isn’t thick enough it will slide out of your coil. Thread the wicking through the coil and then trim the ends. There should be wicking material protruding from each end of your coil. Tuck the ends under the coil as this will hold the wicking in place while enabling the material to soak up the juice in your well.

Once your wick is in place, ensure that there is a small air tunnel beneath the wire as this is essential to maximise flavour and to avoid suffocating your atomiser head. Drip a little eliquid onto your wicking and perform a test fire. If all is well, assemble your rebuildable dripping atomiser (RDA) or rebuildable atomiser (RBA). Install it into your ecig and start vaping.

DIY vaping at TMB Notes

In addition to the finest cotton wicking, the TMB Notes range features the RBAs, RTAs, tools and wires that you need to build coils that complement your vaping style while delivering impressive flavour and clouds. A little DIY enables you to perfectly tailor your atomiser heads!
