Capella

Capella is a leading vape concentrate and e liquid flavouring manufacturer.  Founded in 2008 by Tom DeBiasi in a small garage in San Diego.  Starting with 6 flavours the mission was simple, to produce the finest high quality concentrated flavours without any fats, calories or sweeteners.  The year 2013 was a pivotal year in the establishment of Capella.  The merging of Tom and Joey Allen who was the owner of Allen Flavours was a wise decision in growing the business and now produces over 150 flavours and shipping to over 60 countries worldwide.
