Payment and Shipping
Payment can be made via payment sense gateway using a card or you can pay with Paypal. Please be assured that both are safe ways of paying and our payment is hosted on a secure server outside our website.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are shipped the same day.
E liquid orders are sent via RoyalMail 1st class and orders above £20 are sent on a signed for service so please check your local delivery office if you haven't received your item. If its been to long to wait or you need us to check where your item is you can call us on 0121 293 1451 monday to friday 9:00AM - 3:00PM outside these hours please email CustomerService@tmbnotes.co and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Bulky orders are sent with UkMail these tend to be PG/VG Base and Nicotine. These are delivered Mon-Fri and don't include Saturday delivery. If you need this option it can be selected on the checkout page selecting Saturday delivery. Please note that we cannot guarantee Saturday deliveries as this depends solely on the courier.
We also offer a fully tracked UkMail delivery for E liquid orders and a Signed for service if you need it.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Payment is made securely through Paypal or Paymentsense and can be made without setting up an account, Just use your credit or debit card.
Returns & Refunds
We operate a 14 day return policy in unopened condition. The postage must be paid for by yourself in the case of an unwanted item or if you ordered the wrong item.
If you encounter an order error we require you to take a photo showing the box and invoice slip with the items and email it to CustomerService@tmbnotes.co with the following information. Order ID, Customer Name, Problem with order, Best contact number and the times you will be available to speak to us.
Refunds will be processed via the payment you used when ordering and can take up to 14 days to arrive back in your account, We will only process a refund once we have closed your returns case and received all items in order.
